Group 1 placed Telperion has been officially retired to stand at Westbury Stud.
Telperion had six career starts with his sole win coming in the Lonhro Plate at Randwick.
The son of Street Cry ran fourth in the Golden Slipper before a second in the G1 Inglis Sires.
Telperion amassed over $480,00 in his short racing career as a 2YO. He started once as a 3YO where he finished 11th in The Run To The Rose.
He will join the Westbury Stud stallion roster in 2017 and stand at a fee of $5,000 + GST, while a select number of Lifetime Breeding Rights will be available to breeders.
