Group 1-winning racehorse Dom To Shoot tragically passed away following a freak paddock accident.
The six-year-old gelding, trained by Sean and Jake Casey in Western Australia, sustained a bowel injury while spelling.
Dom To Shoot had showcased his talent on the racetrack, notably winning the Northerly Stakes in 2023 and the Mornington Guineas in 2021.
With victories totalling over $2 million in prize money, he was a formidable competitor in races such as the Futurity Stakes, All-Star Mile, and Australian Cup.
