Craig Williams has taken the ride on Amelie's Star in the Caulfield Cup
Champion jockey Craig Williams has been given a ride in the Caulfield Cup after his mount Admire Deus was ruled out of the race after suffering an injury at track work this morning.
Craig Williams will ride the Darren Weir trained Amelie’s Star in Saturday’s Caulfield Cup despite fellow jockey Michael Dee already having been booked for the ride.
Amelie’s Star is on the third line of Caulfield Cup betting at $6.50.
