Glen Boss will ride Ventura Storm in the Melbourne Cup
Champion jockey and three time Melbourne Cup winner Glen Boss has picked up a key ride in Tuesday’s Melbourne Cup to the misfortune of a young jockey.
Glen Boss will saddle up the Lindsay Park trained Ventura Storm in next weeks Melbourne Cup after rising star Regan Bayliss was suspended for his ride in the last on Bendigo Cup day which has ruled him out of riding on Cup day.
Boss who is now based in Singapore rode Makybe Diva to all three of her Melbourne Cup wins in 2003, 2004 and 2005.
Ventura Storm is a $34 chance in Melbourne Cup betting.
