With all of William Pike’s success there are always going to be knockers and they are out in force today with a horrid start for the Champion jockey at Belmont.
William Pike saddled up the favourites in the first four races on today’s Belmont card but is yet to ride a winner.
Amongst the horses Pike has ridden three have been odds on favourites including the $1.20 Belmont Classic favourite Mystery Miss who ran second to maiden galloper Rivalry Galore.

Pike has three rides left on the card including two short priced favourites as he tries to break Allan Robinson’s national record of 223 wins.
