As they crossed the line in a race at Orange Richie Callander who has been around a microphone for many, many years and who has a second job as CEO of the Trainer’s association, decided to start describing star bush trainer Brett Robb.
Robb’s horse, LIPSTICK LIL (Dubleo – Cuddles A Dollar) had just impressively but narrowly won the first on the card and as the jocks were pulling their mounts up, Robb was, as is the normal, summoned to the mike for a few words.
Richie was describing him as he walked toward them.
