Punters at Quirindi have been left reeling after a deceptive finish.
The heavily backed Wrongfully Wrong looked to have won quite easily in the sixth race at today’s Quirindi meeting but punters were left confused when the race was resulted and the finishing numbers were announced with Schemer declared the winner.
Wrongfully Wrong stormed home late and looked to have won but the inside horse Schemer was found to have a margin in the photo finish.
Punters took to twitter to vent their frustration with the decision and the camera angle with plenty of questions being fired at Racing NSW.
