One of the most idiotic things you will see at a racetrack has happened at Trentham on Saturday.
A patron at the Trentham races on Wellington Cup day has stood in the middle of the track and was nearly hit by the field of runners near the winning post.
The man in a white shirt can be seen standing in the middle of the racetrack near the 100m mark and was luckily not hit by any horses.
There has been no update as to what has happened with the spectator following the incident.
