He has not yet completed the most famous double in Australian racing, but TAB is getting behind Incentivise and has unveiled a large-scale mural of the gelding at Bells Hotel ahead of the 2021 Melbourne Cup.
Undoubtedly the most talked about horse in Australia, TAB has immortalised the former Queenslander who is striving to become the 12th horse to win the Caulfield Cup/Melbourne Cup double.
After completing the first leg as that race’s shortest-priced favourite in more than 50 years, Incentivise is a chance to start the hottest favourite in a Melbourne Cup since Phar Lap.
The mural comes as Melbourne eased further restrictions on Friday allowing TAB agencies and licensed venues to welcome back patrons.
“It’s great to see our venues and agencies start to welcome customers back, and with limited numbers allowed on track this year we wanted to bring some of the action from the track to our local so everyone can celebrate.” TAB’s Brad Bishop said.
