The weather is predicted to be wet throughout the Flemington carnival with the rain tipped to start during Derby day on Saturday but it is a cause for concern for Melbourne Cup 2015 favourite Fame Game who is yet to be tested on a rain affected server.
Connections of Fame Game will be sure to be checking the weather reports including jockey Zac Purton who showed his concern on twitter when replying to a weather forecast for the week.
