Have you ever wanted to discuss racing with other punters while a big meeting is on? This Saturday, you can!
Emirates Doncaster Mile Day at Randwick presents a new opportunity for punters with Just Horse Racing facilitating a live blog and discussion, thanks to Cover It Live.
Just Horse Racing has been investigating ways to make the racing experience more engaging and entertaining for those at home.
As a result, we will be running our first live blog from Randwick this coming Saturday.
Morgan Payne will be at Just Horse Racing HQ, moderating the discussion, while Andrew Hawkins will be reporting live from Randwick, where he’ll bring you the latest information and news.
In a first, punters will be able to tell us what they want asked of jockeys and trainers.
They can also debate races and discuss important issues which arise throughout the day.
“This takes interactivity in racing to a whole new level,” Payne said.
“There are forums, as well as the likes of Twitter, but never has there been a live blog where racing fans can instantly chat with one another.”
“The punter can effectively ask a jockey or trainer any question through Just Horse Racing and get an answer. Furthermore, they can discuss upcoming races with other users.”
“It is something that should interest all racing fans.”
Hawkins says he is looking forward to representing Just Horse Racing’s readers at Randwick.
“It is a great day of racing and I cannot wait to bring live updates from the track,” Hawkins said.
“Hopefully racing fans like the product we provide and we can do this again in the spring.”
Tune in to Just Horse Racing from 11:30am on Saturday to participate in this racing initiative.
