Instant Celebrity shares the favouritism tag in early VRC Oaks markets

Instant Celebrity, Miravalle, Montefilia and Succeed Indeed share $11 favouritism at TAB for the Kennedy Oaks at Flemington on November 5.

The Phillip Stokes-trained Instant Celebrity is unbeaten in three starts while Mark Newnham’s Miravalle has the Flight Stakes (October 3) and possibly the Spring Champion Stakes (October 10) on the horizon before potentially heading to Flemington.

The David Payne-trained Montefilia – victorious over 1500 metres – was fourth in last Saturday’s Tea Rose Stakes at Randwick while Succeed Indeed – in the care of Leon and Troy Corstens – won over 1600 metres at Sandown on the Hillside circuit on September 9.
