Whinchat a dominant favourite in Carrington Stakes betting

Whinchat holds sway with the wagering companies for the Carrington Stakes (1400m) this afternoon at Randwick.

The David Pfieffer trained gelding gapped them at Wyong two weeks ago and looks suited at the Randwick 1400m. He holds the call at $2.80.

Fire Star is at $6 on the second line of betting, a half point clear of Matcha Latte. Sandpaper is at $9 and is being kept safe with new betting sites.
