Verry Elleegant heads the market in a quality Moonee Valley Vase Field
She might not start in the race, but as it stands, Verry Elleegant is the favourite for the get out at Moonee Valley this Saturday, the Drummond Golf Vase (2040m).
The Darren Weir trained filly is the ruling favourite for the VRC Oaks off the back of an outstanding win last Saturday in the Ethereal. She’s at $3.50 to win this Saturday but Weir has stated the mare is not a definite starter.
Aramayo is the forgotten horse from a Derby perspective but is easy for this Saturday, out to $4.60 from $4.20. Real Success ($18-$16) has had interest at longer odds.
