Online bookmaker sportsbet.com.au has received strong support for Bondeiger, who has firmed from $12 into $10. After drawing barrier one Hampton Court remains a solid $2.70 favourite for Saturday’s Group 1.
“Bondeiger had no luck when unplaced in the Vase last Saturday. Winks told the media he thinks the horse will win the Derby and it appears punters believe him,’’ said sportsbet.com.au’s Christian Jantzen.
Preferment drew barrier 13 in the field of 17, and is at $5.50. Support for Moonovermanhattan ($8.00) and Atmosphere ($11) has dried up.
