Sydney raider Converge heads the odds in the G1 JJ Atkins Plate
The BRC Sires looks the key form reference for the JJ Atkins (1600m) this Saturday at Eagle Farm and that is reflected in the Sportsbet.com.au market.
Converge was ridden cold in the race and launched late to just miss out on the win. He is favourite at $3.60, a clear cut favourite ahead of the horse that ran third in the Sires, Port Louis, who is at $4.80.
The winner of the Sires is Tiger Of Malay and is rock solid at $6.50. Overpass, who was good late in the Sires and looks like he’ll love the mile, has had early interest at $13.
