Star Godolphin sprinter heads odds in a wide open Sydney Stakes

The enigma that is Kementari has been well tried with Ladbrokes.com.au in early betting for the Sydney Stakes (1200m) this Saturday at Randwick.

The James Cummings trained gelding was seriously considered to represent Godolphin in The Everest but instead runs here, and punters like him. Opened $5.50 and is now into $4.60.

In The Congo opened the $4.60 favourite but with the support for Kementari, is now at $4.80. The other horse in the market met with early interest is the resuming Waihaha Falls, into $8 froim $11.
