Quick Thinker has opened as the odds on favourite for Saturday's Frank Packer Plate
Australian Derby winner Quick Thinker is at a short quote with Sportsbet.com.au to take out the Frank Packer Plate (2000m) this Saturday at Randwick.
With the three year old unable to return home to New Zealand, he remains in Sydney and contests the time honoured 2000m event, where he is the odds on $1.90 favourite off the back of his triumph two weeks ago in the Derby.
Bottega, who was very good in the Carbine Club, is an $8 chance ahead of the horse that beat him, Entente, who is a $9.50 chance. The one that has been specked in early betting is Kinane, who is $14 in from $17.
