Swacadelic has clearly been the best backed runner with Sportsbet.com.au to take out one of the time honoured races at Flemington, the Bagot Handicap (2800m), this Friday.
The Aaron Purcell trained gelding was given a beaut ride to win two back at Moonee Valley before running well for third over 2400m last time out. With the step up to 2800m looking ideal, the five year old has been well backed, into $5 from his opening price of $7 and could well challenge Danjeu for the favourite tag, but that horse has been $4.60 to $4.40.
Happy As Hell has been $10 to $8, while the Adelaide visitor Tunes has had admirers, sitting at his opening price of $13 after touching $14.
