The Chris Waller trained Press Statement is on the third line of betting at $5.50.
Online bookmaker sportsbet.com.au has Japonisme as the $2.60 favourite ahead of Exosphere at $5.00.
Holler ($6.00), Raphael’s Cat ($7.50) and Redzel ($8.50) make up the runners under double figures in the seven horse Group 2.
“Punters haven’t deserted Japonisme, but at the moment Press Statement is the one they want to be on. Exosphere has had some support, but the Waller pair are dominating the betting,’’said sportsbet.com.au’s Christian Jantzen.
