Truly Great is the rock solid short priced favourite in todays Perth Cup
Despite being asked to carry topweight, Truly Great remains the short priced favourite with Sportsbet.com.au to take out the Perth Cup (2400m) this afternoon at Ascot.
The Kingston Town winner is the class runner of the field and was dominant in taking out the Ted Van Heemst last time out. He’s got to carry 60kg but Pike sticks and he’s a winner. Opened $2.10 and remains there after touching $2.15.
Neufbosc, winner of the ATA last Saturday, sits at $5.50 and is rock solid ahead of Midnight Blue, who is at $9, a half point clear of a well supported Princess Jenni, who was $11.
