Punters hammer Let’s Elope Stakes favourite

Punters have opened their wallets and heavily backed the favourite in Saturday’s Let’s Elope Stakes at Flemington.

Let’s Elope Stakes favourite Fidelia has been heavily backed throughout betting which has seen her odds slashed from her opening price of $3.90 shorten into $3.30 after touching $3.20.

My Pendant has been the notable drifter in the market with the support for Fidelia and is now out to $5.00 from her opening price of $4.00.

Outside of the top two in the market there has been good support for Spanish Whisper who is $10 into $7.00.
