Punters have been looking for a horse to beat Nature Strip in todays The Shorts
Punters are casting the net far and wide when it comes to The Shorts (1100m) thus afternoon at Randwick, with several runners backed.
Heading the market is gun sprinter Nature Strip at $2.35, and he has been rock solid right throughout the week. He holds the call over Masked Crusader, who is $4.40 to $5.50 and has been an alarming drift since Wednesday.
There have been specks for a few runners in the race, namely Eduardo ($9-$7), Gytrash ($13-$8.5-$9.5) and the resuming Queenslander, four year old Rothfire ($7-$5-$6).
