Melody Belle has received good early support to win the Winx Stakes
A punter with the TAB has been quick to place a big bet on a hose at double figure odds to win Saturday’s Group One Winx Stakes at Randwick.
The punter with the TAB placed a bet of $4,000 on star New Zealand mare Melody Belle to win the G1 Winx Stakes at Randwick at odds of $11.
Melody Belle resumed in the Missile Stakes where she was a tad disappointing failing to beat a horse home in the small field, the hit-out should bring on the Champion mare and the punter thinks she will be back to her best on the weekend.
Nominations for the Winx Stakes were released this morning with a star studded list of horses entered for the first Group One of the season.
