Plunge takes place on Golden Pendant 2016

Smart mare First Seal dominates betting for Saturday’s Golden Pendant Stakes at Rosehill.

First Seal is the $3.30 favourite with sportsbet.com.au, for the Group 2 and holds seven times more money than second favourite Heavens Above ($5.50).

Dixie Blossoms ($8.00) is the next best supported with the online bookmaker.

In the Shannon Stakes, Caped Crusader ($6.00) is attracting more support than $3.30 favourite Hi World and Old North ($4.20).

Even $17 outsider Unequivocal has received more money than the favourite.

“Punters are expecting First Seal to kick off her five-year-old career as a winner. It’s been one-way traffic for the mare, which is not surprising as she is a Group 1 winner and trialled well earlier this month,’’ said sportsbet.com.au’s Will Byrne.
