Over The Odds – Saturday’s Horse Racing 16/10/2021

Sportsbet have got their markets out for racing this Saturday, and we have tried to find four runners that appears overs in betting. Hopefully we can continue on from last Saturday after finding Get In The Spirit at Flemington.

Randwick Race One Number 3 Cuban Royale ($9.00):

Cuban Royale deserves a win. He’s racing really well at the moment for Team Price but can’t quite crack it. Loomed to win the Midway a few weeks back and was there to win, but Barossa Rosa too good, just. Been up forever it seems, but gee he’s racing well and is knocking on the door to win again.

Caulfield Race Three Number 2 Park Avenue ($7.50):

Team Freedman trained three year old that ran last Wednesday at Rosehill. He was back near last in the run and spotted those in front a decent start but was good late when a close up third. He can sit closer in the run and prove hard to beat.

Caulfield Race Four Number 3 Stalking ($8.50):

Stalking looks to be ticking along nicely towards the Oaks. This girl resumed in the Edward Manifold. Hit a flat spot initially but picked up and was really good to the line and through it, racing like a horse that wants more ground, which she gets here, and has more upside than most.

Caulfield Race Six Number 7 Begood Toya Mother ($9.00):

He hadn’t done much since his Rupert Clarke win, and the stable had tried to get him to take a sit, but I think last start in the Testa Rossa proved the best and only way to ride him is to roll on speed. He fought on gamely, only nabbed late by Chaillot. If he brings that effort here, he’ll take beating.
