Over The Odds 22/3/2025 – Saturday’s Horse Racing Value Tips and Bets

Ladbrokes have got their markets out for racing this Saturday, and we have tried to find four runners that appears overs in betting.

Rosehill Race Two Number 5 Sounds Of Heaven ($8.50):

I do think there is great value around Sounds Of Heaven. She only beat one home in the Coolmore Classic, but she was back last, run off her legs…the last 50m and 200m through the line, she was with Lady Shenandoah/Firestorm. That tells me she will eat up 1900m, she’s beautifully in at the weights and gee these mares are steady overall.

Rosehill Race Three Number 7 Valiant King ($12):

Valiant King looked like he was getting ready for Warrnambool but he showed signs of life in the Randwick Stakes two weeks back. He got off the speed and worked home well without threatening behind Alalcance. He’ll love the rise to 2400m and his best is clearly good enough.

Rosehill Race Eight Number 3 North Enlgland ($16):

North England is the likely leader and will take a power of beating I say. I thought he was massive in the Todman, leading and copping heat. He was entitled to knock right up but he only got the stitch very late in the piece. He’ll take a stack of improvement from that and on a firm Rosehill deck, he’ll look the winner for a fair chunk of the race.

Rosehill Race Nine Number 5 Jedibeel ($15):

Jedibeel is a horse I have had earmarked for this race for a couple of months and after the way he has trialled, then won first up, I am not dropping off. He resumed with a big win at WFA in the Challenge, getting the suck run in behind before angling clear and knuckled down with purpose late to win and win well. He’s humming, he likes the Rosehill 1100m, genuine…only runs well I say.
