Ladbrokes have got their markets out for racing this Saturday, and we have tried to find four runners that appears overs in betting.
Gawler Race Three Number 5 Munster ($13):
Munster has more upside than most and fitter, he’ll take beating. Ran over this trip several weeks ago on the Parks track where he was back in the run and wasn’t suited given his position in the run but I thought he worked to the line very well late in the piece when third to Saskatoon. He was second up and a month between runs there, so he’s got loads of improvement to come and is hard to beat.
Gawler Race Nine Number 5 Amani Farasi ($11):
Fitter and up to 1100m are two big ticks for Amasi Farasi. Clarken/O’Shea trained mare that resumed over 900m at Murray Bridge four weeks back where she was run off her legs and couldn’t pick her feet up early but balanced up and was good to the line behind My Ruby. Like her up to 1100m and if she can settle closer in the run, her best is good enough to win.
Randwick Race Seven Number 10 Elettrica ($13):
Elettrica is absolutely bursting to win a race for Joe Pride. Last couple of runs have come over 1400m at Warwick Farm, the latest one being last Wednesday and she should have won. Just had no luck when Schiller was probing for clear air and it was just an ugly watch. She is flying and I do think getting to the mile on the big track will be a massive tick for her. She’ll do me.
Moonee Valley Race Four Number 3 Proprietary ($7.50):
Proprietary is worth a throw at the stumps. Greg Eurell trained three year old that was a debut winner over 1200m at Mornington and what I liked is the way he put them away in the straight. He balanced up and went through his gears like a nice horse to win impressively. The rise to 1500m, I think, is fine, lands on speed from the gate and has the upside unlike most engaged.
