Over The Odds 10/5/2025 – Saturday’s Horse Racing Value Tips and Bets

Ladbrokes have got their markets out for racing this Saturday, and we have tried to find four runners that appears overs in betting.

Hawkesbury Race Five Number 10 Pelevecchio ($8.00):

Pelevecchio is a filly I have plenty of time for and I think she’ll eat up 2500m here. She comes through the Oaks from two week ago where she got back to near last in the run, was out wide, and while she was never a winning threat, she did make up good headway in defeat. 2500m looks ideal and the depth here is nownere near as deep.

Gosford Race One Number 6 Mad Darcey ($14):

Mad Darcey should appreciate getting to 1200m and is one of the key chances for mine. She ran two weeks ago in the Midway at Randwick when off speed and he;d up at times but was good late without threatening behind impressive winner Sunrise. Like her up in trip and strikes a winnable race.

Gosford Race Five Number 15 Trapalanda ($19):

Trapalanda should love getting to 2100m after making his Australian debut over 1800m on Anzac Day on the Kenso. He got back off the speed and although he lacked up change up speed, he kept finding the line and was pretty good in defeat I thought behind Collect Your Cash. Fitter, up in trip, enormous upside, he appeals.

Gosford Race Ten Number 14 Accapella Sun ($11):

Accapella Sun is dangerous with her best. She ran a fortnight back at Randwick where she didn’t really get the clearest of paths in the straight to let down so forgive and forget the run behind Memoria. I think if she gets clear air, room to move, she can win.
