Sportsbet can't write a bet on Silver Slipper second favourite Khan
Khan is a contender for the Golden Slipper, but with the stable openly saying he is underdone for his return this Saturday in the Silver Slipper (1100m), he has been a significant drifter with Sportsbet.com.au.
The Breeders Plate winner resumes here off the back of a couple of solid trial efforts, but the market says that he is in need of the run. He opened $4 and has no friends, now at $4.60.
The favourite for this race and indeed the Golden Slipper is She Will Reign. As much as $2.20 was offered for her all in for this Saturday but with the final field, she opened $1.60 and is back at that price after getting down to $1.55. The bolter of the field, Lightz, has had a couple of small bets ($67-$41).
