After a luckless effort on Blue Diamond Day, the Ciaron Maher trained Brockhoff has been the best backed runner with Sportsbet.com.au to take out the Goodwood Racecourse Trophy (1100m) this Saturday at Flemington.
He sat wide no cover throughout and just missed out when second to Santa Ana Lane. He opened $4.60 and is now sitting at $4. The other key runner, Bassett, has been $4.80-$5-$4.80.
Super Cash has also been well supported, firming to $4.80 from $5.50.
