Ladbrokes has further cemented its standing as a key stakeholder in Australian racing with a landmark agreement to extend its industry investment beyond Bass Strait.
The online bookmaker and Tasracing today launched a new partnership which sees Ladbrokes take pride of place as the Tasmanian racing industry’s exclusive venue and race day partner for at least the next three years.
The Ladbrokes name and trademark red branding will adorn the iconic Elwick, Mowbray and Spreyton tracks, in a partnership which extends to all of thoroughbred, harness and greyhound
Under the new partnership, the venues will be known as Ladbrokes Park Elwick, Ladbrokes Racing Centre Mowbray and Ladbrokes All Weather Spreyton.
“Through our existing long-term premier partnerships with the Melbourne Racing Club, Moonee Valley Racing Club and numerous greyhounds clubs in NSW, Ladbrokes has a developed a proud
legacy of supporting the Australian racing industry and its participants,” Ladbrokes Australia, Chief Executive, Jason Scott said.

The landmark partnership was also welcomed with open arms by Tasracing CEO Paul Eriksson who noted the significance of an increase in sponsorship revenue and marketing support to all codes through the Ladbrokes.com.au agreement.
