The barrier draw prompted online bookmaker sportsbet.com.au to make a raft of changes for the Doomben Group 1.
Srikandi firmed from $17 into $11 and favourite Lumosty, in danger of missing a start as first emergency remains the favourite at $5.50.
Generalife fared poorly and is out to $9.00 after drawing barrier 21.
Doomben 10,000 runner-up Charlie Boy firmed from $7.00 into $6.00 second favourite.
“Some of the top chances that drew poorly are really going to be up against it now and will need a lot of luck. Srikandi, while not racing well, is one who will be well suited starting from the inside gate,’’ said sportsbet.com.au’s Christian Jantzen.
