Cranbourne Monday December 29
Heat 7 – 2YO 800m (46.40)
Would not shock me if Brazen Dechambeau measured up in the Blue Diamond. Just didn’t handle the shifty track and the straight on debut during Cup Week. Spelled, and this piece of work was very sharp, getting back and rounding them up under his own steam. Likely jumps out again before resuming but he looks to have come back very well.
2YO colt BRAZEN DECHAMBEAU came from last to cruise around the field and win his @KarakaChat jumpout at Southside Cranbourne this morning. π

Heat 12 – Open 1000m (59.30)
Maharba won the jumpout but I liked the way runner up Rhapsody Chic went about his work. Under his own steam to run second and comfortably held the rest behind Maharba. He’s in for a good prep I reckon.
Randwick Tuesday December 30
Heat 7 – 3YO Boys Maiden 1050m (1.03.15)
Admittedly is race fit, but I reckon Les Bridge and co might have figured out the key to Majestic Legend. Ride him cold and let him rocket late. He did that in this trial and was one of the standouts of the morning. If they find a Provincial maiden, back him. He’s ready to win if he reproduces this.
Heat 9 – 3YO Boys Maiden 1050m (1.03.62)
AΒ debut win is on the cards for Double Vision, keeping in mind she is a four year old mare. Two trials, led throughout to win both, this trial being the latest. She was asked for an effort but loved the way she responded and how strong she was to the line. Keen to see how she goes.
