A sustained push via Ladbrokes.com.au punters has seen Gringotts take over as favourite for the Doncaster Mile (1600m) this afternoon at Randwick.
The Ciaron Maher trained gelding toughed it out best to win the George Ryder two weeks ago and looks primed for the big mile. He opened $8 but has been well tried and is now the $5.50 favourite.
Linebacker, the Randwick Guineas winner, sits on the second line of betting at $6.50, a point clear of Firestorm. She is ahead of Another Wil at $8, who has been well tried with online wagering companies.
