Golden Slipper runner up Best Of Bordeaux is favourite with Ladbrokes.com.au in their all in market for the Roman Consul Stakes (1200m) this Saturday at Randwick.
The Kacy Fogden trained colt has been kept on ice for a likely crack at the Coolmore Stud on Derby Day at Flemington, scratched from the Golden Rose a couple of weeks ago. He is the class of those nominated and is favourite at $2.80.
Nettuno is at $4.40 on the second line of betting, and they dominate the market, with next best being Sejardan, who was far from disgraced in the Golden Rose. He’s at $7.
