Pericles heads the Ladbrokes all in market for the Autumn Classic (1800m) this Saturday at Sandown in what is shaping up to be an even contest.
The James Cummings trained three year old resumed two weeks ago in the Autumn Stakes and was pretty good in defeat. Fitter and up to 1800m, he appeals and the market agrees, having him as a $4.20 favourite.
Attrition, on the back up, is on the second line of betting at $5.50. Hennessy Lad, hard fit and in form, is at $6, a point clear of Kiwi raider Mr Maestro at $7.
