Punters loading up on former Japanese stayer

Punters are behind former Japanese stayer Satono Rasen claiming a Group 1 in tomorrow’s Doomben Cup.

Satono Rasen ($5.50 into $5.00) is the best supported runner with online bookmaker sportsbet. Satono Rasen is one of six runners for champion trainer Chris Waller, but the Mick Price trained Oregon’s Day ($4.00) heads betting.

At Morphettville hometown hero Viddora ($10 into $7.50) is the best supported runner in the Goodwood. Vega Magic has also had plenty if support, but is an easing favourite ($2.70 out to $3.10) for the Group 1 sprint.
