Race 6- 4 Rue De Royale
Good first up effort when went forward and give a sight at Ballarat but tired late which was evident sectionally, indicating he needed the hit out. Better suited to 1200m and like him on the Heath track as it does favour those on speed given the layout. His best ratings from last prep are clearly above what his opposition can produce and if he gets to that level than he’s a great play at $4 plus.

Race 10- 1 Gracie’s Rain
Boxed on well latest run at Ballarat when pressured on genuine rain effected ground. Run prior was terrific when too zippy for the opposition in arguably a harder race than this. Should lead here again and is better suited on drier ground, map looks perfect and like the claim for Jackson Radley.

Tightening up the first leg with Job Done the clear top pick and Miss Ole the only danger on exposed ratings.
Race 8- 1,2,6,11
Need a few here as looks an open race, Happy to risk Scampi at the end of 1200m but need Gin A Tonic in just in-case nothing takes him and he gets it cheap. Including Stay Focused on the back up, Barbaric Lad given his record here and Satin Diva who could be the big improver 2nd up.

Again, seems an obvious play with the in-form and fit Beast Mode and best horse in race Samangu.
Race 10- 1
Standing out Gracie’s Rain who should get complete control and is the best horse in race.
