Class horses to fight out favouritisim in the Bondi Stakes

Hilal has opened favourite in Saturday's Bondi Stakes

Hilal and Coaswatch dominated the Stan Fox (1500m) two weeks and the Sportsbet.com.au market for the Bondi Stakes (1600m) this Saturday has them dominating again.

Hilal got the verdict in the Stan Fox but surprisingly isn’t favourite. The pair did open $3 equal favourites, with Hilal at $3.40, just behind Coastwatch at $3.30.

Last start maiden winner Dufresne has had early interest at odds, into $8.50 from $12 but has settled at $9. Royalzel is in a point from $10.
