Superstorm has been backed late in Australian Guineas betting
A horse from Western Australia having his first start in the East has been well backed in late Australian Guineas betting at Flemington.
Superstorm who makes the trip from Perth for the G1 Australian Guineas today is subject of heavy each way support leading into the feature race at Flemington on Saturday.
The son of Sebring opened at $15 in betting this morning but some good each way bets throughout the morning has seen his odds shorten into $13 and could start in single figures if the support continues.
Catalyst remains the best backed runner and favourite for the race at $2.70 but has been a little easy today with some support now coming for Queensland star Alligator Blood at $3.10.
