Bet One- Win Parlay 3,4- Armidale Race One No 1/Race Race Five No 3/Race Six No 4/Race Eight No 2:
Going for the speculator for a nice collect. Sunny Afternoon is the better value in race one, which looks a race in two. Did too much work last time but stuck on. Will get a soft trip this time. Policy showed good natural to find the lead from a wide gate on debut and was too good. He can win the fifth. Rage Against is flying and looks hard to beat in race six. Fearless Al looks the best of the day and should take a power of beating in the last.

Bet Two- Each Way- Armidale Race Seven Number 11 Smokey Eye:
Not overly confident about him, but at the odds, I have to have something small on each way. Just got too far back last time at Gunnedah but did finish off okay to be beaten under four lengths. Up to 1300m will really suit, looks to park off a good speed and really, I’ve seen worse $126 shots. Definitely worth something on an each way line.

Bet Three- Each Way- Rockhampton Race Two Number 1 Andrum:
Pretty weak race with no depth so I’ll go with this gelding, who brings non tab form into this so can’t get a guide on how well he’s racing, but has placed in both runs this time in, has gate one, Nathan Day to steer and really, the exposed tab form isn’t anything flash, so at near $20, I think he could be worth something each way.

Bet Four- Win- Rockhampton Race Six Number 5 Gypsy Secret:
Gee I think she’s overs here. Quality mare who has won in the city so she’s capable of beating these, but her barrier manners have been terrible recently, which is why the blanket goes on, as does the blinkers, and her recent jump out looked very sharp to the eye. I think she’s definite overs at $6.5-$7+.

Bet Five- Win Parlay 3,4- Mornington Race One No 2/Race Two Number No 12/Race Four No 4/Race Five No 9:
Here’s hoping. Empire Legend looks a progressive type for the Hayes/Dabernig team and should win the first. No flash price about Yulong Mercury but should get the job done in race two. Stornaway looks a bit of value in race four at around the $5 mark in a thin race. Taikun Warrior is still a maiden for the Gelagotis boys but strikes a winnable maiden and confident he can get the job done.
