Bet One- Win Parlay 3,4- Goulburn Race One No 1/Race Two No 2/Race Three No 8/Race Four No 3:
Here’s hoping. Only Choice looks great value in the first and the market gap between it and the fav is far too great. Newtown Is Coming sat wide no cover at Nowra yet bolted in and ran slick time. This race looks no harder. Pindus looks the good thing of the day and should win the third while Efficiently was very good without much luck first up and looks the one to beat in the fourth.
Suggested Bet: $20 = $100 Cost
Bet Two- Each Way- Seymour Race One Number 3 Rose Cuvee:
She looks pretty good this girl. The Kylie Vella team rarely have a period without a good horse and I think this girl might be the good horse. On debut, draws wide, but she went like a jet in a Terang trial last month and did it easily. Not sure how strong maiden is but I’m really keen to see what’s under the hood with her.
Suggested Bet: $25 E/W at $8/$2.7 (BetEasy)
Bet Three- Win- Seymour Race Five Number 5 Able Engine:
Looks a race in two between this bloke and Here Comes Lenni. Just siding with Able Engine, who is fourth up here and should just about be ready to show his best. Sat on speed last time at Yarra Valley and gave a reasonable enough kick but just couldn’t quite get the job done. These two met at Cranbourne recently, Here Comes Lenni beat him. Now Able Engine gets a 2kg weight swing and has the better racing pattern.
Suggested Bet: $20 Win at $5.5 (TAB)
Bet Four- Each Way- Seymour Race Eight Number 5 Mr Tipla:
Former Kevin Myers runner from NZ that is now with the Busuttin/Young stable. He had two career outings in NZ, winning just the one race, but he looked very good when winning on the bog and the form out of both career outings hasn’t been too bad. November 19 jump out at Cranbourne was very good and he looks ready to go.
Suggested Bet: $25 E/W at $7.5/$2.5 (BetEasy)
Bet Five- Each Way- Cairns Race Seven Number 9 Starena:
Think she’s worth an each way ticket in the last. Trevor Rowe trains this mare, who comes here off the back of a third placing at Innisfail, a non tab meeting. Her three runs prior were solid, a couple of which when pushed out to be on speed. I prefer her ridden with cover, as we saw four back at Townsville where she was good late. If that can eventuate, I think she can be dangerous at the end.
Suggested Bet: $10 E/W (Tote)
Total Spend: $240
