Impressive debut winner Koshu has been the early mover in betting for the Flight Stakes on October 1.
John O’Shea’s filly was the first horse backed when TAB released the market for the Flight Stakes earlier today, firming from $11-$8.
She is equal third pick in betting at the moment behind Fireburn and Shes Extreme, both $4.50, and Paris Dior ($6). Koshu won her debut by a tick over three lengths on the Kenso track back on May 18.
In the TAB Epsom Handicap, Anamoe ($8) heads the market and is the only horse in single figures while Converge and Espiona are next best at $11. There are a host of horses on the next line of betting ($15) including Fangirl, Hinged, Icebath, Mounga and defending champion Private Eye.
Edward Cummings’ stable star Duais is the $8 opening favourite for The Metropolitan.
She heads betting in front of Benaud, last year’s winner Montefilia and Alegron.
