A punter with the TAB has opened his/her wallets and slapped a massive all-in bet of $20,000 on a horse to win the 2017 Cox Plate.
As risky as the bet may sound they have put it on a pretty reliable horse to get the money with the punter taking the $1.50 on offer for Winx to make it a third Cox Plate.
