The Group 3 McNeil Stakes at Caulfield will see the Vain Stakes quinella of Jimmy Recard and Tycoon Star lock horns again.
They’ll be joined by VOBIS Gold Showdown winner McGaw and Sires’ Produce champion Vinrock, who has Mark Zahra booked to ride.
Best Of The Best steps up from an eye-catching maiden win, with Ben Melham in the saddle, while Express Pass and Sonofkirk add further depth.
A strong field of three-year-olds is set for Saturday, making the McNeil Stakes a key early test for spring hopefuls.
