Western Empire short odds in Hyperion Stakes betting

Western Empire is a clear favourite with the betting organisations for the Hyperion Stakes (1600m) this afternoon at Belmont.

The Team Williams trained gelding spanked them in the Belmont Sprint two weeks ago and fitter, up to the mile, the market says he is clearly the one to beat, sitting at $1.85.

Rope Them In is at $4 on the second line of betting, with West Star at $9.50. Magnificent Andy is at $14 and has been solid in betting with top bookmaker sites.
