Over The Odds 8/4/2023 – Saturday’s Horse Racing Value Tips and Bets

Ladbrokes have got their markets out for racing this Saturday, and we have tried to find four runners that appears overs in betting. Hopefully we can continue on from last Saturday after finding Surefire at $26.

Randwick Race Two Number 7 Razeta ($23):

Going to give Razeta a look. Kris Lees trained filly that comes here with fresh legs, having not raced since March 11 at Flemington in The Kewney when wide no cover throughout and tired late when down the track behind Revolutionary Miss. Like her back in trip, maps to get a much better run in transit and a bit of juice in the ground is no issue. Happy to speck each way.

Randwick Race Seven Number 13 Amade ($26):

Amade is the one at a big price I can have a peanut on. He has been kept on ice since the Adelaide Cup where really, he was the run of the race given he was wide throughout and kept on in a very game effort to run third to Rebel Racer. His 3000m+ form, gee it reads well, and he won’t mind a bit of cushion in the ground. He’s certainly worth an each way bet.

Randwick Race Nine Number 10 Statement ($31):

Sharp, sharp improver here is Statement. I thought she was a moral in the Emancipation but she was very one paced when asked for the effort, with the firm ground being the reason dished up. She gets her toe into the ground this time around and she showed back home in Ireland she is so dynamic when being able to get her feet wet.

Randwick Race Ten Number 13 Dalchini ($46):

Dalchini is flying for Team Curtis IMO and is a big price. She has had two runs back from a spell, and really, they have been two barrier trials, notably the resumption behind Cannonball, but second up in the Star Kingdom, two weeks ago, she was a real eye catcher late in the piece behind Bacchanalia. Great third up record and if this becomes a testing 1200m, she will be one of the strongest at the end I’m sure.
