Star mare Funstar has opened as the outright favourite in all-in markets for the Theo Marks Stakes at Rosehill this weekend.
Funstar was disappointing in her first up effort in the Show County Quality but bookmakers think she will bounce back this weekend and they are keeping her very safe in betting for the G2 Theo Marks Stakes at $4.50.
On the second line of betting is Imaging who was luckless in the G1 Winx Stakes last start and arguably should have won so there are no surprises he is right in the market and he shares second favouritism with Star Of The Seas who was also very good in the same race only being beaten half a length in second by Verry Elleegant.
Three-year-old North Pacific has been the best backed since markets opened and is into $7.00 from his opening quote of $11 but he is also nominated for The Run To The Rose with connections not yet decided on which direction they will take.
