Variation is one of the better geldings Perth has to offer and has been well backed with Sportsbet.com.au punters to take out the Belmont Guineas (1600m) this Saturday at Belmont.
The Stephen Miller trained galloper comes through the Belmont Sprint three weeks back where he ran an absolute beauty against the open class gallopers when fifth to Rock Magic. He opened the $2.40 and has been crunched down to $2.30.
Next best in betting is Fontainebleu, who was so impressive in winning last Wednesday. She is $4.60 out from $4.40. She is ahead of stablemate Western Temple, who is at $6.50.
